Meet Elin Parker Ganschow. Elin is a 1960 model, 5th in a family of six ‘brats’ (as her Dad fondly called them). Elin started selling grass-fed beef before grass fed was cool way back in 1996. She was actually one of the first ranchers to ever vac seal her product (Which is industry standard these days).  Elin loves ranching because she loves the land, the cattle, the horses, all of the creatures that live on the land too, not to mention the good people who choose to be involved in ranching. Elin has always been determined to do whatever it takes to make a living at it and share with the world what a grass-fed beef should actually taste like. She says "I have to admit that I like the challenge of it. I think it is something the good Lord wires us for and he knows that it takes all kinds to make the world go round."
